Rejuvera Return Policy

1. Return Period 

At Rejuvera , we strive to maximize customer satisfaction. In accordance with our return policy, consumers have 60 days from the date of receipt of their order to initiate a return. After this regulatory period, returns will no longer be accepted.

2. Return Conditions

To be eligible for a return, items must meet the following criteria:

  • Original Condition : Products must be in their original condition , i.e., free from damage, and returned in their original packaging , including all labels intact. Any product showing signs of wear, material damage, or not returned in its original packaging will not be eligible for return.
  • Items Damaged After Purchase : Any product damaged as a result of mishandling or improper use will not be eligible for return or refund. Damage attributable to the consumer voids the right to return.

3. Defects or Damaged Items upon Receipt

In the event that you receive a product with a manufacturing defect or visible damage upon receipt, we invite you to inform us as soon as possible . Specifically, you will need to contact our customer service at support@rejuveraskin.com within 48 hours of receiving your package. To facilitate the processing of your claim, please include clear photographs of the package and the damaged item.

4. Return Procedure

To make a return, please follow these steps:

  1. Contact : Email support@rejuveraskin.com  to notify us of your intention to return an item. Be sure to include your order number and a brief description of the reason for the return.
  2. Return Instructions : After receiving your request, we will send you detailed instructions on how to return your order.
  3. Shipping : Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the buyer, except in cases where the return is the result of an error on our part or a proven product defect. We strongly recommend that you opt for a traceable delivery service, as rejuveraskin cannot be held responsible for non-receipt of items without proper proof of delivery.

5. Refunds

Once the returned item is received and inspected, we will send you an email notification informing you of the approval or rejection of your refund request. If your return is approved, the refund amount will be credited to the original payment method within 5 to 7 business days . It is important to note that the initial delivery charge is non-refundable.

6. Exchanges

Item exchanges are only possible for products that are defective or damaged upon receipt. If you would like to exchange for an identical product, please contact us at support@rejuveraskin.com  to check the availability of the replacement product.

7. Exceptions and Non-Returnable Items

Certain items are excluded from the return policy, including:

  • Gift cards  .
  • Digital products
  • Personalized or custom-designed items.

These items are considered final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged.

8. Digital Articles

Digital items such as software, downloadable files, digital content, or any other electronically delivered product are not eligible for return or refund unless there is a technical defect that renders the product unusable. If a technical problem is found, we ask that you contact us immediately at support@rejuveraskin.com . We promise to do our best to resolve the problem or, if this is not possible, to provide you with a replacement product.
